Review by hotel critic
As a cultural anthropologist with a penchant for exploring Middle Eastern history and cuisine, our family vacation at Lost Hotel in Beirut was a delightful blend of comfort and culture. The family-friendly amenities and activities offered at the hotel made our stay truly memorable.Located in the vibrant Gemmayze neighborhood, Lost Hotel provided the perfect base for our explorations. Our evenings were spent enjoying the buzzing atmosphere at Zaitunay Bay, Beirut's trendy waterfront spot, where we savored local delicacies and soaked in the city's energy. The proximity to Beirut City Centre allowed us to indulge in some leisurely shopping and entertainment, creating fun-filled moments for both the kids and adults alike. One particular highlight was our visit to Al Mandaloun Club in Ashrafieh. Nestled in an old theatre, this charming spot was the ideal setting for our family outings and even a cozy date night for my spouse and me. The welcoming staff, spacious rooms, and delicious breakfast spread catered perfectly to our family's needs. The atmosphere was warm and inclusive, making us feel right at home in the heart of Beirut. The hotel's attention to detail and family-friendly approach truly set it apart, ensuring that we left with cherished memories and a desire to return. Thank you, Lost Hotel, for a wonderful family getaway in Beirut.
